A Child Waits Foundation staff and members of the board understand the importance of protecting the privacy and security of our applicants. We are committed to protecting the privacy of the information provided by our grant and loan applicants and users of our website.

A Child Waits Foundation has developed the following privacy policy. The contact information collected by A Child Waits Foundation is not and will not be sold or shared with any other parties not affiliated with A Child Waits Foundation staff and board members.  No personal information is collected about individuals visiting our web site unless you choose to provide that information using the "Contact Us" form on our web site. Persons who supply us with their contact information (including mailing address, e-mail address, and telephone number) will receive follow-up by A Child Waits staff for the purpose of addressing questions and inquiries regarding our International and Domestic Adoption Grant Programs and our International Adoption Loan Program, either by phone, e-mail or mailed correspondence.  Grant and loan applicants will also receive contact by A Child Waits staff for the sole purpose of grant and loan process and procedures.

Information Obtained for Loan or Grant Applications:

No identifiable information provided by applicants, including but not limited to: name, email, address, phone number or personal information about applicant and child or children to be adopted will be disclosed to anyone outside of A Child Waits Foundation, unless otherwise agreed upon by applicant.  In the case of “Family Stories” on our web site, information will only be posted on the web site after the adoption has been completed and we have written permission from applicant. Additionally, all information found in this section of the web site has been provided by the family and written consent has been obtained. Last names and other identifying information on the “Family Stories” portion of the web site will not be used.
